High Intensity

sprint high int 232x300 High IntensityHigh Intensity training is only for already fit people who want are looking to be pushed hard. The sessions are demanding and varied.

Note that the high intensity sets of training are for 4 weeks and are separate from regular training. with one session a week, it is suggested that you being doing some of the regular training as well as your own extra work at home. If you miss a session you can catch it up at regular training instead.

Training locations vary and are within a 15 min drive of North Manly.
