For the best results we recomend one personal training sessions and two group sessions per week
Every session goes for a minimum of one hour
All equipment provided
Please bring a drink bottle & wear suitable training gear
We can train at a local park or in the privacy of your own home for personal training and at Nolan Reserve for the group training
Book your preferred days and times straight away to ensure preferred times are avaliable
Booking changes require 9hrs notice
Personal trainining valid for 10 weeks and group trianing for 16 weeks
Taking a training package gets you Personal Training at off peak rates and group training at the best rate and you get a longer term to use the traing over.
