Outdoor Group Training Collaroy

We meet at the Collaroy Surf Club.

I run a walk / jog / run session every Saturday at 7 am.

We rotate locations on a monthly basis.

There are lots of session through the week at Nolan Reserve North Manly as well.

Look for my white Vivos Active Van parked on location.
