Clinton provides an honest and sensible approach to the diagnosis and management of pain disorders. With over 5 years experience, he has successfully managed patients with:
> acute and chronic spinal pain
> nerve pain and tingling
> headaches and facial pain (including TMJ problems)
> joint disorders (osteoarthrosis / inflammation)
> muscle disorders (tendinopathy / muscle strain)
> bursitis
> sports injuries, and
> postural disorders

Clinton emphasies accurate diagnosis as the basis for all treatment and uses manual therapy, movement correction, and exercise rehabilitation to move patients away from pain and toward health.

What to expect

At their first consultation, patients will be thoroughly assessed and given an honest opinion as to the nature of the problem and the length of time it will take to manage. Treatment will usually be provided at the first consultation.

Clinton is skilled in a large range of techniques which focus on muscles, nerves, fascia, joints and ligaments. These techniques are recognised as having local effects as well as global effects on the central nervous system, and are used to alleviate pain and improve the function of the body. Patient comfort is a high priority.

When movement impairments are identified as a likely cause of your pain, Clinton will instruct you in new and more efficient ways of moving in order to help recovery and prevent recurrences.

Clinton is able to explain your pain in order to reduce distress and anxiety. He will assess what you feel and think about your pain, as thoughts and feelings are known to have a large impact on pain.
